The hotel's location is excellent. I found it very convenient. The tram stop is just outside the door. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! It offered a really diverse and fresh selection. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was helpful with directions and local information.

The walls seemed a bit thin. I could occasionally hear noise from adjacent rooms.

The breakfast buffet were plentiful and were replenished with frequency.

I must report, the room felt more like a sauna due to the faulty air conditioning, it didn't help at all. the noise from the street below was intrusive. Sleep was a challenge. Plus, I expected a better view than a brick wall, so I am really disappointed.

the hotel had a tram stop directly across from the entrance, made getting around easy. my room included bottled water, tea, and sugar, a very nice touch. the hotel provided maps with popular places to visit marked clearly. i found the breakfast buffet had many choices including cooked food, pastries, and fruit

the walls seemed thin i could hear neighbors using their bathrooms. this was somewhat disruptive. i feel they could improve the soundproofing in the rooms
